    PROCEDURES :


            2. Seller will issue a CONTRACT AGREEMENT to the buyer and when both parties are
                 agreed on the contract, they would proceed to sign the contract in a way convenient to both, electronic signatures shall be considered valid in this
                 transaction.

            3. Seller issues Pro Forma Invoice according to the contract. Buyer signed the pro forma  invoice and revert to seller.

            4. After signed pro forma invoice  by the buyer, Seller will provide allocation verification by  the Seller’s bank.  If the buyer want s bank to bank POP then buyer
                has  to provide MT 799  to the Seller’s bank

            5. Within 5 days after receipt of the pro forma invoice, the Buyer’s opens non-operative DLC,   Seller’s bank insert 2% operative PBG to make the said LC in to
                operative form.

            6. Shipment commence

            NOTE :
            No PB will be given for spot contract.

PACKING
 50 Kg bags.  Sugar is to be packed in fifty (50) kilogram net weight on new   poly-lined ethylene and polypropylene bags or
internationally  acceptable  equivalent.  The Seller will supply two % of empty bags at the Seller’s expenses.   Provision of those
empty bags shall be so stated on the bill of lading and invoice   as “free of charge”

or logistic  constraints.  Any   changes  or additional ports are to be advised to the seller within a time of period   of 30 days prior
to date of shipment  with the exception of no operational ports  due to natural disasters.
    PARBOILED RICE is rice that has been boiled in the husk. Parboiling makes rice easier to process by hand, improves its nutritional profile, and changes its
    texture.

    Polishing rice by hand, that is, removing the bran layer, is easier if the rice has been parboiled. It is, however, somewhat more difficult to process mechanically.
    The bran of parboiled rice is somewhat oily, and tends to clog machinery. Most parboiled rice is milled in the same way as white rice.[citation needed]

    Parboiling rice drives nutrients, especially thiamine, from the bran into the grain, so that parboiled white rice is 80% nutritionally similar to brown rice. Because of
    this, parboiling was adopted by North American rice growers in the early 20th century.[citation needed]

    The starches in parboiled rice become gelatinized, making it harder and glassier than other rice. Parboiled rice usually has small amounts of milk added to it to
    prevent the grain from over hardening. Parboiled rice takes more time to cook, and the cooked rice is firmer and less sticky. In North America, parboiled rice is
    generally partially or fully precooked by the processor.

    Parboiling is a hydrothermal treatment of paddy. Parboiled rice is "partially "boiled" (i.e. partially cooked rice). In other words parboiling means precooking of rice
    within the husk. Paddy is first hydrated, then heated to cook the rice and finally dried.
